Hi y’all,
WEEK 4…back on the hill. Plan is for everyone to do one more than last week! We are going to shift a little bit this week to try to ease some of the congestion. So pay attention 😉
All meeting at Turner High School, 4717 Bailey Road Pearland, TX 77584
FM is up for 9 hills (90 minutes total): Depart at 5:30AM and warm up will be the run to the hill. Once your 9 hills are complete…run back and finish with your remaining minutes as cool down finishing at Turner at 7:00AM for CORE.
HM is up for 6 hills (70 minutes total): Depart at 5:50AM and doing a warm up PRIOR to heading to the hill. You will run 10-15 minutes out the back of Turner toward McLean (up McLean if you’re that fast), then turn around and run to the hill, should be a 30 minute or so warm up. This should get you to the hill 6:20ish. Run your hills and return to Turner (or run additional cooldown to finish your minutes) at 7:00AM for CORE.
Did you see all that math right there? FM should just be wrapping up their hills and starting their warm up just as the HM folks are arriving to start their hills…HIGH FIVES FOR MILES.
