WEEK 21 – The Grind

Hi Y’all,

Well…we’re at the peak of the season and just need to grind it out. The runs, the school work, the shopping, the emails…the everything. We just need to put our heads down and DO THE WORK.

Keeping super short…because FRIDAY and you know if I’m writing the email on Friday, I’m super grumpy that I didn’t do it earlier 🙂

Saturday Details

Running out of Turner. This week’s plan is for Easy Runs – FM+2 paces.   Take your walk breaks, smell the roses…it’s your week to enjoy the distance. And for you new FM folks, let me let you in on a little secret. 18 miles is the Best. Distance. Ever.

I like to call these two routes “Get the hills out of the way early”
