Hi y’all,
We had a FLOOD of orders yesterday for shirts…so Sandy is extending the order until 2PM today. After that the full shirt order will be placed and ordering will be taken off the website. Just wanted to make sure everyone wanting a shirt got one.
Yesterday at Bridge Run in Kemah it was phenomenal to see all of the orange shirts! There was always one in sight. Always. And one of our strongest, sweetest runners went down during the race after a combination of heat, dehydration and being sick all week…it was the orange shirt that stood out and brought everyone to her immediately. Everyone knew she was one of ours. She’s doing fine now and will be back in no time. But now the orange shirts hold a whole new meaning…besides just being awesome.
I’m attaching a pic from the day as well. Pretty awesome. (Thanks Yvette…stole it!)

****SHIRTS and SITE UPDATE – IMPORTANT!********
Update on the website – it seems that when we had a software update certain items decided to go on vacation for awhile. I am trying hard to get them working again.
1) Login – this is the major issue. It seems something is causing this to be flakey so for now I have removed the login widget from the home page and added a link in the top navigation where you can login and logout. Not ideal but should be a temporary fix. To login – click the login link > login to the member area > once logged in, click the link in the middle of the page that references goparr.com. The site should work fine at that point – for the most part.
******** SHIRTS – Once logged in and back on goparr.com website you should see the “shirts” link in the navigation. Just click to that link to begin selecting your shirts for order. ********
2) Events – For some reason events has decided to be very anti-social and doesn’t care who is attending what anymore. For now RSVP is down but we are working to get that fixed. I apologize for the trouble and hopefully we can get these issues fixed soon for everyone. Thank you.
